Z Trim Demonstrates Multifunctionality Across Food Categories at IFT 2010
At the Institute of Food Technology’s (IFT) Annual Meeting and Food Expo in Chicago this summer, Z Trim Holdings, Inc. presented a taco bar. Z Trim multifunctional corn fiber was featured in all the compnenets of the taco, thereby exhibiting the different functionalities, nutritional benefits and exceptional water holding capacity Z Trim products bring to food applications.
"By incorporating our corn fiber ingredient into the individual food applications making up a taco, we demonstrated its broad functionality across a range of performance and nutrition benefits," said Lynda Carroll, Director of Applications for Z Trim Holdings, Inc.
